We are situated halfway between Alicante and Murcia airports, both are about a 35-40 minute drive away. Our home has plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and it’s a 30 minute walk, 5 minute drive or 15 minute electric scooter ride from the blue flag beach at Playa Flamenca. Golf is available at nearby Villamartin which is a 5 minute drive and within easy striking distance of further stunning courses.
Our home has 2 bedrooms and is situated on the ground floor with a good sized front terrace for al fresco dining and soaking up the sun. We are situated on a quiet residencial community with access to a beautiful and spacious communal pool set within a sizeable garden area.
